A native of Fredonia, NY, Trevor Napoli is a senior Music Education major at SUNY Fredonia,
studying piano under Fr. Sean Duggan. Mr. Napoli is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in
voice, studying with Mr. Joe Dan Harper. His current and past teachers also include; Mrs. Phyllis
East (piano), Dr. Ji Hyun Woo (organ), Ms. Julie Newell (voice), and Dr. Xiting Yang (piano). At
SUNY Fredonia, he was the pianist for Performing Arts Company’s production of The 25th
Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Student Opera Theater Association’s scenes of Martha,
L'étoile, and Benjamin Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Mr. Napoli also served as a pianist
for University Chorus and organist for Wind Ensemble. He has held leadership roles as Vice
President and Treasurer of the Fredonia Student Keyboard Association, and Vice President of
the Fredonia Conductor’s Guild.
Mr. Napoli is an active collaborator in the community. His most recent work includes the 2024
CCMTA All-County Elementary Choir, the Chautauqua County Women’s Outreach Choir, and
the Buffalo Gay Men’s Chorus: performing the role of Tyler in Tyler’s Suite. Napoli also Music
Directed for Guys and Dolls at Mainstreet Studios in 2023. He often serves as a pianist for
Fredonia CSD, Silver Creek CSD, and Royalton-Hartland CSD. He is the organist, collaborative
pianist, and bell choir director at Tri-Church Parish in Brocton, NY, and runs a small piano
studio. He intends to further his studies in piano, voice, and organ to better serve his students,
colleagues, and the community.
